How we cover Derrimut
Our western suburbs tutors are based in Hillside and Caroline Springs — both roughly ten minutes from Derrimut. They come to your home, and the same coverage extends to Cairnlea, Deer Park, Burnside, St Albans and the surrounding area.
Being honest about what that means in practice, because it differs by year level:
- PPrimary and middle school — in person. This is where our western coverage is strongest, and it is where sitting next to someone genuinely helps most. Maths and English are what we are asked for most often here.
- VVCE — usually online, and deliberately so. Online matches your child with the tutor who scored highest in their specific subject, rather than whoever lives nearest. For a Chemistry or Methods student that difference is worth far more than being in the same room. Ask about in-person VCE at the consultation and we will give you a straight answer either way.

What it costs in Derrimut
Online pricing does not change with your postcode. One-on-one, that is from $35/hr for primary, $40 for middle school and $75 for VCE. Group lessons with two to four students start at $30 per student.
