Why We Started Kindlewood
Kindlewood was born from a simple frustration: too many tutoring services offer generic, one-size-fits-all programs delivered by tutors who, while well-meaning, don't have the academic credentials to truly guide students to excellence.
We built Kindlewood on the belief that the right tutor — one who has genuinely excelled in the very exams a student is preparing for — makes all the difference. Combined with lessons that are truly personalised to the individual student, the results speak for themselves.
The name "Kindlewood" captures our philosophy: to kindle — to spark a love of learning and ignite potential — and wood — the solid, lasting foundation we help every student build.

Every Kindlewood tutor achieved an ATAR of 97 or above — placing them in the top 3% of all VCE students in Victoria. They've been through the system and they know how to succeed in it.
Raw 40+ Subject Scores
Our VCE tutors hold a raw study score of 40 or above in every subject they tutor — no exceptions. A Methods tutor has a raw 40+ in Methods. An English tutor has a raw 40+ in English. Real expertise, every time.
