Online lessons run via video call and work for any student anywhere. In person lessons bring a tutor to your home or a location you agree on. Pricing reflects travel time and distance. We confirm your exact in person rate at the consultation based on your suburb.
Yes. You can prepay for a block of one-on-one hours and lock in a discounted rate — 2% off a 10 hour package, up to 7% off a 25 hour package. Hours are flexible, don't expire mid-term, and can be used across any subject or tutor. See our Lesson Packages above, or just ask at your consultation.
Standard sessions run 60 minutes. That is long enough to cover real ground and short enough to hold focus. VCE students with upcoming exams can arrange 90 minute sessions. Pricing adjusts accordingly.
Yes. If after a few sessions you feel the tutor is not the right fit, let us know. We arrange a free rematch with no fuss.
Yes. Our Chinese tutors can work with students learning Chinese as a second language as well as heritage language learners at the Primary level. For VCE Chinese, please contact us to discuss your child's specific background and goals so we can match them with the most appropriate tutor.
Payment details are arranged after your initial consultation. We accept bank transfer and most major payment methods. Invoices are issued weekly or fortnightly depending on your preference. There are no upfront deposits or hidden fees.
